First of all, one is a bachelors degree, and the other is a masters degree, so, there can be no particular comparison as such.

However, to put some perspective, B,tech is more engineering and technology oriented, whereas MBA is more business oriented. Both MBA and B.tech are really great in their own aspects.  Now it depends which one is more compatible and suitable for you.
