Both Bachelor of Science (Hons) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) are three-year programmes done after completing 12th. The BSc (Hons) is designed for specialization in a particular subject and the major subject is taught for three years while subsidiary subjects are taught only in the first two years. BSc is a combination of three subjects offered along with some language courses. The job market does not differentiate much between the two, but in exceptional cases, BSc (Hons) from reputed colleges command better salary.
