B. Sc. Nursing is a four-year undergraduate program focused on developing critical care advanced thinking skills proficiency and values necessary for the practice of professional nursing and midwifery as mentioned in the National Health Policy 2002.

On the other hand, BSc B.Ed is a four-year integrated undergraduate program offering a dual degree. See you are considering two courses which offers you totally different kind of opportunities ahead in your career.

If you are interested to be a part of the clinical system, want to take care of patients and want to help doctors in the critical medical procedures then going for the BSc Nursing is a good choice for you. BSc Nursing is a professional course & after graduating you can join the hospitals as a Nurse.

Now if you want to go for teaching career ahead. If you wish to be a Primary school teacher then you can go for the BSc BEd course. This course also have good scope ahead but if you are targeting for Government school teachers then there are definitely some lags regarding the recruitment procedures in some states such as WB, UP etc.

Its completely your choice which is the best choice for you & you should choose the course which fulfills your future goals as well as the field you are interested in.
