Hello Abhishek,  Both options are good to choose. And both options will lead you to great opportunities in future. so never decide your field on the basis of future opportunities. to decide where to go you can make use of following points.

financial condition.

if you want to for medical then your financial condition should be good enough.

are you ready to leave your home.

if you want to join mbbs,  you may have to relocate for next 5 years.  But for CA you don't have to do this.

And Most important your interest

this is the most important factor to decide,  you have to decide on the basis of your interest.

Difficulty level of both the fields are equal. You have to be hard worker and smart also to clear both fields.

Both CA and mbbs are great as for your career, but what is good for you depends on your interests as you cannot excel in something you are not interested in. If you are someone who loves biology and is always curious to know how our body works and you want to serve yourself and treat people and help people in being healthy then only you should go for mbbs. If you are someone who is interested in handling accounts etc then only you should go for CA. If you are interested in working as advisor or in the accounts department in an organization you can go for CA. Chartered Accountant plays an important role in case of disputes, bankruptcy, etc.
