Both are good careers option , choosing one is your choice ,choose the career option in which you have some interest ,don't run behind money ,money will automatically chase you if you chase your interest , develop some skills and do rock in life , but if choose one of them then in my opinion medical microbiology is slightly good option ,rest depend on you , take multiple advises as this is the matter of your career
