Hy aspirant,
Both colleges have it's own advantages and disadvantages.

MVJ Medical College and Research Hospital. The college has excellent well versed knowledgeable faculty who are easy to approach. It has good infrastructure with modern amenities. It has well equipped hospital with brain and spine trauma center.They also organize camps frequently to reach out to the rural and underprivileged.
But here the fee structure is high.
In sapthagiri medical college the faculties are good and the infrastructure is also up to mark. You can access to the well read faculties.
But here the hostel facilities are not good and the food is not up to mark.

In sapthagiri medical college the faculties are good and have great access of knowledge. And have a great campus.
But here the hostel facility and food is not proper
