Any combination will be good but you should be comfortable with maths and have basic knowledge of maths of 11 and 12 th by referring some books and practicing some topics on weekends. This way you can increase board scores through IT and score subtle marks in maths in CPT. 

Don't worry you will get through it with any combination if you take studies seriously.

If you are preparing for CPT I would suggest you to go for commerce with maths as in your CPT exam you will have a quantitative section which will cover the topics you will learn in class 11 and 12.The quantitative section includes: ratio and proportion,indices,logarithms,linear equations,inequalities,permutation and combination,sets function and relations,simple and compound interest,sequence and series,differntial and calculus,statistical data interpretation,regression and correlation,index numbers,sampling theory.

So these topics will be covered in 11 and 12 making your CPT exam easier .
