Dear Aspirant

Computer Science in HBTU is better than NITs with chemical branch. You might get the benefit of the NITs name but that will not last for more than a year. After that it is your performance and the growth in the core sector is already stalled.

Computer science on the other hand is the fastest growing branch and HBTU is also a decent college. You will get a good career in the computer science as the demand of computer science is increasing every day.
