In Amrita college, Bangalore, the placement of Cse is more than ece,

the no of software companies visits the campus in 3 to 4 times of ece companies.

and package offered to cse students is more. however, the core companies visits for ece is very very few. so if you have an interest in coding then I would suggest you take cse.
