Generally deemed university is better than other private colleges.

The marks will you get more, the syllabus may be different or less to study.

A generic answer can't be given. It totally depend on the colleges because some of the private colleges are more better than deemed colleges & same the opposite. So if you can share the names of the colleges than I can help you find the better college among them.
