It totally depends from where you are persuing it. If it's a high to mid level college it ll be beneficial if you can handle both, but if it's a tier 3-4 college I would suggest to go for only one.

Hi, Dual specialization is good incase you can handle them together. Reason being if you are stuck at one field then you can definitely try your luck in the other specialization you have done. Also you should be able to handle the load of the syllabus and the preparation of 2 streams you choose. If you can do the above then go for it. Good luck.
