There are different aspects for comparison between RGPV & Mits

Education.

In this field i prefer Mits is better than rgpv because the faculty member of Mits are all well experienced in their subject. They all are pH.d holder . So they know much about the subject they are going to teach.

2. Exposure.

For this i prefer rgpv there you get more chances for your overall development. There you get a chance to organize cultural and Technical fest where you can learn more knowledge and experience which were never taught in classes.

So think well and then go for your preference.
