Hello aspirant, 

Considering the college, Chemical engineering would be preferred option over others due to consistency in placements with CTC offered very high also it has a well known department. 

Having said this the other branches are equally good.

So if you want to get a job after B.Tech then go for Instrumentation and electronics, orelse of you want to pursue top class research then go for Chemical Engineering. 

So it depends on your interests.
