This is a difficult task to answer which course is better among the both. I would rather comment that because they both lead to various jobs, there is no such thing as "better." Both information technology and computer science are broad disciplines with several subfields and specializations. There is a lot to learn in each of these courses, so whatever you select should be solely dependent on which subject interests you the most.
