10+ 2 Pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry & Maths.

BCA is more professionally oriented; it prepares you for post-graduate or research work and also creates professional manpower for problem solving through application of computer science .

So, In my opinion you can go for BCA program.

Package is also high offered in BCA program.
