I would say that both the courses have wude future scope.Thats merely depends on your choice.

In M pharmacy one works on the production of drugs whereas if one is interested in working in clinic as a pharmacist and attain knowledge about the hospital setting then D pharmacy is best.

In m pharmacy you can choose to work in almost every department of pharmaceutical industry whereas in d pharmacy you can work as clinical pharmacist and clinical research.
