VIT Bhimavaram has been ranked 92 for private engineering by the WEEK and it has a great placement record with the highest package offered in CSE being 30 lakh per annum (By amazon). The infrastructure is great and the faculty for CSE department is excellent with helpful professors and a relevant course curriculum. More than 95% students get placed in CSE.

SRKR is a good institute too but by the student reviews, it offers the highest salary around 4 LPA-4.5 LPA in IT department. Around 70% students get placed. The infrasturcture and the faculty here are good too.

This is just a gist of the two collges, I am sure there is much more to both the institutes so I will insist you to check both the institutes out yourself (better if you could hvae gone to the campus but it is alright if you can reach out to the students slready studying there).
