PGDM is best if you want latest industry experience and International kibd of learning experience blended with rich practical experience into Management.

Both MBA and PGDM are considered almost equal in terms of outcome.
MBA is degree course. It has a academic tone. MBA from a lower ranking Bschool is ranked lesser than a PGDM from top ranking Bschool While PGDM is diploma course and it has a professional approach. Its value depends on the ranking of the Bschool and have higher fees. As per your interest you can choose any of them.

Also MBA, affiliated to colleges and PGDM is not affiliated to any university.
