there is not much diff between both the colleges. Both of them are colleges of Delhi University but are not very popular colleges. If you have to choose among them i would say go for ram lal anand college. It is a better college as compared to bhaskaracharya but the difference is not much. You can also look to the location of both the colleges and then see which one suits you more.
