MS Ramaiah is best as 100% placements with average package of more than 5lpa for all streams.

VIT Vellore has 95% aggregate placements and average slaary of 4.7lpa.

MS Ramaiah has exceptional Faculties and more number of international collaboration.

VIT Vellore has good infrastructure but lacks collaboration with top University.

Hence MS Ramaiah is best.
