Good placements, no big promotion, skilled faculty.

Placements: About 50% of students got placed in CSE. The highest package was 10 Lacs and the average is 3.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Global Logic, Adobe etc. I am in 2nd year and internship opportunities are coming. They provide a special course of Big data analytics and machine learning by IBM.

Infrastructure: We have provided good computer labs in the first year. Wi-Fi is also good. The library has a good collection of books for course as well as literature and poetry. Classrooms have enough space and board. I am a hosteler and no problem till now. Mess is best. We have facility of gym, indoor games in hostel. Big playground for cricket, football and basketball.

Faculty: In this lockdown teachers and administration were totally supportive. Teachers have great knowledge and simple teaching skills. B.Tech CS is best cousre you can opt for in SRMU. They try their best for placements for CSE students and continuously having good results.

Other: Anubhuti is annual fest in SRMU. Many poetry, debate events are being continuously organised.

Placements: A few students got placed in the civil engineering course. Almost 4 students got placed in the current year. Approximately 6 LPA was the salary package offered to students. These students were placed in companies like Extramarks and Daikin. Almost every student got their companies. CEPTA and Smartbrains like companies provided internship this year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided in our course/department are well good condition. Classrooms are in good condition. Cameras are installed in the campus. The air-conditioned library is also available. Hostels are in good condition with canteen and mess. The food served is fine. Medical facilities are provided, and sports and games are also available. Bus facilities are also provided in good conditions.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, well qualified and very knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum is relevant. Knowledge gained from here makes students industry-ready with very good ideas for our future. They give us good knowledge so that we can excel in our life.

Other: I chose civil engineering because we can gain knowledge about our course and be industry-ready, and we can also gain knowledge in technical communication so that we can do our own business. I wish the entire campus should have a fast Wi-Fi connection with the whole air-conditioned campus. The infrastructure should also be renovated. Parking should be made better for private vehicles.
