As NEET 2019 would be conducted offline by NTA, would recommend you to opt for Distance Learning Program, as you would be receiving question papers and answer keys via courier at your home, so it would give you better exposure to offline pattern.

In addition to the tests, you would get preparation material as well.

You can opt for online test series, for exams like AIIMS and JIPMER which are to be conducted online.
