As if you choose CSE then it is a branch with good placement and you will get a placement  package offer

And if you want to go for nit then it is good as you mentioned that good placement in good nit this is also good

As I suggest you to chose the good nit with respect to iiits as nit is good as good for placement offers than iiits

And last you choose carefully which nit or iiits or any college as it is the place where you study for four years
