AISEE (All India Scholarship entrance examination) is a national level merit-based scholarship program provided by an organization which is registered under the Ministry of finance act 1994 and was being registered with the central excise department of India and AISEE offers the scholarship for Medical and Engineering students.

As for your question, the level of questions in the AISEE open book exam is slightly higher than that of AISEE. In addition, AISEE is more difficult overall as a paper with regards to the number of questions that you have to do within the alloted time.
