You are trying to compare two courses, which are completely different from one another.

BTech CSE comprises with the Computer science Engineering skills for the development of Software/Hardware. Now if you wish to be a Software Developer or a programmer, then you can go for the BTech CSE course and in general, the salary packages after the course of BTech CSE is better compared to that of the other fields.

Now BArch deals with the architectural developments of the construction. As a result, if you wish to go for the course of BArch then you will get the scope to be an Architect in which the scope of building a good private practice career can be approached along with the job. So the mode of incomes and the way you income is more. Also if you go for the jobs, then also the package is comparable to the BTech CSE.

So as per my choice, both the fields are great but you should choose the one which will be closer to your heart and the field which you feel interested in.

Hello,

Absolutely B.tech in cse is better option than B.arch if you see in terms of package. But i would suggest you to kindly go with your interest domain because that's very important for your long term goals.

If you don't have interest in coding then i would suggest then please don't opt for this branch. Ahead in future job satisfaction is something which lacks in maximum of the candidates because they just run for package and end up losing their mental peace.

Mental peace is also important apart from money .

Hello,

BTech In Civil Engineering is a 4 year course and aims to provide students with knowledge about projects starting from their design till the project comes into play. While B Arch. is a 5 year program dealing with planning of houses, and other buildings. Both the courses are extremely good and in trend.

Benefits of BTech In civil Engineering:

  • Short Duration
  • Students undergo various phases of development of projects
  • High Experience
  • Plethora of high paid job opportunities

Benefits of B Arch.:

  • More in trend
  • High salary package
  • High demand
  • Internships with big firms in India and abroad

Both the courses are good and you may choose in the basis of your interest. If you have interest in technical field you can choose CSE and if you have interest in architecture field you can prefer B.Arch.

All The Best!
