Hi Venom. I can understand that at the present point of time you would have had a really tough time thinking about which of the two colleges are better. What I would like to suggest you is that both the institutes have their own pros and cons and are equally good. But actually it depends upon you how much you make out of the opportunities that come in hand. So don't worry much because both the institutes are equally good. But one advantage is that Tula's Institute is in Dehradun, so I think that it would provide you a better exposure. Also if u want to prepare for higher studies entrance exam like CAT, GMAT etc you can get good coaching in Dehradun. 

So choose the best of yourself and all the best for your future.
