Dear Student ,

As you want to be a reporter , So.. a B.Tech degree will not be so much beneficial for you .

Reporter (news) is a profession comes under Journalism and mass communication.

To get this job , one have to graduate/post graduate in Journalism .. and get a min of 50-60% as their academic score.

generally , this is a permanent job. But , the job duration and profile varies based on every news/magazine company as per their requirements .
