Your KCET rank is under 10,000 so it's good score.  Also 84 percentile not bad. You can submit both your reports wherever both works. You will be selected on your best . It also depends upon which branch you are applying. Except CSE, IT  you can get seat in most of the branches if your Jee marks are considered.  You will have to wait for cut offs.
