Though it varies from person to person but still majority of students find BITSAT little tougher than JEE. It is not because of the question paper or something. It is because you don't have much options after BITSAT. But in JEE Mains, some students are also satisfied with rank above 15k because they are getting NITs.

And in BITSAT there are stuff rather than PCM too. That becomes tricky for some students too.

Difficulty level of different papers depend from person to person.

Although both the exams are very good in terms of difficulty, but the tough competition in BITS and the less number of seats makes it very stringent than Mains.

One can say that BITSAT is slightly more difficult than JEE Mains, but if you prepare well you can ace both the exams.
