answer may very from person to person but i had to chose between them then i will decide physics honours in place of electronics honours. with studying physics you can prepare efficiently for other important exams like IIT JAM ,GATE ,NET and other exams . also the scope of physics honours is more than the electronics .also there are many good colleges for physics which is less in electronics honours
