Hello Sahil!

If you want to pursue physics field in IIT then it is very good.According to my knowledge doing Bs -Ms from physics department from old IIT's is more beneficial in comparison to new IIT's because in old IIT's there are lots of opportunities in research field and professors are also good.

Sir this year iit mandi is also starting engineering physics? Do you think it will be a good choice to opt engineering physics there because i have heard with many that engineering physics is an interdisciplinary subject which has more scope in different areas of research?
