u can consider that B. Pharmacy is an mini MBBS,

but it is especially for related drug studies (Manufacturing process and working system in biological).

Nothing is difficult to study if you are honest with your study & do hardwork to do best in the particular field. Both are the good options but I would suggest you B.Pharma with scope wise. But it also depends on your interest & capability.
