Your all India rank is more important and it will be considered for your admission so it is more important than your marks

This is because,

For the same marks we can have different rank  due to tie breaker  criteria

For example,

This year both all India rank 1 and rank 2 have scored  720 marks in NEET examination but one has good rank 1 and other one has got rank 2 due to tie breaker criteria
