Actually, we can’t compare these two graduate programs. It depends on your interest, what you want to do?

If you want to go to the teaching line in the subject of computer science then you should do BSc in computer science. As we know now days there is more scope in teaching computer science. So you can make a good career in teaching by doing BSc and MSc in Computer science. If you are going to do Phd in computer science then you can be a professor in IITs or in NITs.

If you want to do a good job mostly at IT companies or product based companies, you should go for B. Tech. By doing B. Tech you will open many doors for yourself. You can be a web developer, software designer etc. Here also many opportunities in B. Tech.

So this is all, choose what you think is best for you because both are good in their own domain.

A BTech degree is anyday more preferable than a B.Sc degree because it is considered more technical oriented and is preferred by most of the big multinational companies. I would recommend that you opt for B.Tech in Computer Science because the job scopes and placements are very large in this sector at this time when there are advancements everyday.
