To qualify in NEET you need to score the minimum cut off marks specified by NTA. Each year the qualifying cut off score changes depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc. In 2020 the qualifying score for SC category was 113-146 marks. So a candidate belonging to SC category must score minimum 150-160 marks in NEET 2022 because the cut off may increase or decrease. So 150-160 is the safe score to qualify. But just scoring the cut off marks is not sufficient to get seat in a college. The candidate has to score above the cut off marks. In 2019 the AIR cut off rank for SC category under 85% state quota was as follows for few institutes

• Hi-Tech Medical College and Hospital, Bhubaneswar : 104810
• Govt. Medical College, Balangir : 87767
• S.C.B. Medical College, Cuttack : 47166
• MKCG Medical College, Berhampur : 62675

The cut off is provided so that you may get some idea. Analyzing the cut off you need to score minimum 510-600 marks or above to have decent chances of getting seat. The cut off for 85% state quota seats chances depending on total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of exam, total number of seats available etc.
