you are eligible to join banking sector even after graduation in any discipline, so you can pursue the course you want to pursue you.

To get banking jobs you have to qualify in entrance examination conducted by IBPS and SBI. For more information about banking examination visit at www.ibps.in

I don't know the value of Bsc in your state and pursuing BTech is preferred because you can jump into any of the domain in real life if you didn't score good marks in bank exam or what ever the issue may be, BTech is the good option from my side.
