Hi dear,
         Comparing both the fields, B.pharma is good in the perspective of private job and business.You have opportunities in RnD sector, pharmaceutical manufacturing , marketing etc.You can also start your pharma coaching or lectureship for D.pharm.You will get a license from which you can open a medical shop and can also work in pharmaceutical industries.
Talking about B.sc ,it is good for government job because there is the related subject of bsc in Upsc and other public services.
So, it depends on your interest and the type of job you need . Anyways, B.pharma is better, according to me.
