According to the ratings for these three colleges the best college would be:

1. D K V arts and science College
2. VM Mehta municipal arts and commerce college
3. AK Doshi Mahila College for arts and commerce

Though all the three colleges are really good in Varanasi but D K V college of arts and science has a really good rating.
