Mechatronics is the field that combines mechanics and electronics. If you choose this there is opportunity to turn to robotics also. Only a few institutes offer this course in India.

There are also some other colleges but these are considered to be best for pursuing mechatronics. In some institutes, the course is given as mechanical engineering or robotics with specialization.
