BAMS and BHMS have their own scope and importance. BAMS deals with Ayurveda as well as modern vedic medicos whereas BHMS is related to Homeopathic medicines only. Talking about furthur studying options and future prospects, BAMS has more scope than BHMS. The salary might not be high in first, but as you gain experience and develop your skills, you can see hikes in salary. It depends on you which one to choose as per your interest. For both the courses, NEET is mandatory.
