Firstly, to earn good salary, you need to do well in the field you are in, so that you get placed well at the time of counseling. All the fields under forensics are well paying and promising. You can go for any of the courses and specialise in it, such as- serology, Biology, chemistry, entomology, toxicology, ballistics etc., You can choose to become a crime reporter, crime scene investigator, legal counselor, forensic scientist, law consultant ( after studying law under it ), forensic engineer etc.,
The average salary starts from INR 3 - 4 lakhs per annum and increases as per your qualifications and experience.
