Hi. There. That is all up to you. You must be certain of your interests and work in accordance with them. MBAs/PGDM in finance, marketing, and human resources, for example, are all excellent and cannot be compared on any scale. And, at the end of the day, it'll be your efforts that make a difference. Everywhere you go, you will have to give it your all. But I say my choice of interest was HRM.

If you looking to pursue PGDMs programme I would suggest go with GIBS Bangalore. It is one of the exclusive Business School in Bangalore.

Other than finance and marketing there are operations, HR, strategy, quantitative management, organisational behaviour, IT management and Analytics courses. Each one of them is special in their own way and if you excel yourself in any one of them then you will be in equivalent high position in a  company like the most known fields finance and marketing.

As a personal advice I will say not to judge that in which field you want to go without start pursuing your MBA. Because most of tge times until you go through your course you actually don't able to figure out in which course you are comfortable. In IIMs you get ample of opportunity to go through a few subjects in all courses in 1st year and then select courses of your choice in 2nd year so till that time you can realizr in which field you want to grow your career after completing your degree.

There are some private colleges in which you need to sort out major and minor course before joining which is not the case in IIMs as you get General management degree there in IIMs. In case of selecting major and minor go through the wholr course structure properly, connect with Alumnus of that college to get a better idea about course and also about college that in which field that college excels.

Then after whole analysing make your decision. I know still there's is no surity that you might like that course and if it's so happens then you can change your domain in later stage.

All the best for your preparations!!

Aim for high percentile in each exam to get the best college.
