Mbbs is a tough degree to get. It will be difficult for  you to do any degree along with the course. The syllabus is really vast. To cover up all syllabus is too difficult. Now it is cbme curriculum so the pattern is also tough. Besides that you will have record, log books,  assignments and research. So i thing it is good  to concentrate in MBBS alone.
