As per your query , I would like to tell you that making carrier in sports from enginneering and in cricket which is higly competitve in india is quite difficult . No NIts can guranteee you , you cant judge them by this query . The answer to your question is simple , it needs a strong luck ,if you have played very well before in schools then joined cricket in colleges and performs amazing and their is  a chief guest who have very high approach in Ranjhi they he can help you but trust me try to look on any other sports and dont completely rely on this
