The word 'best' has a different meaning for different people every stream of engineering have it own pro's n Con's be it civil mechanical ECE or CSE but if we talk about the most preferred branch then it is definitely CSE and in India it have comparatively more opportunities but that doesn't make other branches less beneficial it totally depends upon your interests that in which branch you're interested in. So go with your call.
