There's nothing as best or something. It totally depends on your own personal skills and knowledge, experience. All of those have similar significance. BSc nursing though has a greater chance in fetching you a government job

Both have equal significance and importance. But since these days people are preferring homeopathy more, bhms would be slightly more advantageous

Yes, you can join a government hospital depending on your choice . You can be hired as an ayurvedic or homeopathic doctor , medicinal advisor etc
