As per 2020 placements of NIT Trichy, the highest package for the management department was of 42LPA and was recuited by D.E Shaw & Co which is a multinational fund investment company. In 2019, CSE department recorded the highest placements of 100% and the top companies that visited the campus included HCL, Facebook, Microsoft, Sony, Wipro etc.
