As far as USA is concerned, no scholarship is given to students for studying medicine, hell no for international students.

You have to take admission in MD only after you have completed your undergraduate studies with pre-med track course.

A very few number of international students qualify the MD program, but after that the main problem starts, that is to find residency. 

Finding residency is way too difficult.

All in all studying medicine in USA is very expensive and difficult with nearly no scholarships for international students.
