Hello Azar Muhammed,

For BPO type job basic thing is English speaking . You should be english fluent to become a BPO executive. In begining they have a training period of 1 month, In that they will teach you about basics How to communicate with clients , thier centres and shifts with differnt timings.

But do not stick to BPO jobs for a longer period.

A very few may get moved as leads then manager and so on. Take this as an good opportunity to learn something new (as u don't carry work back home) and move on with career which you like and want to peruse.
