Cse is all about logic and mathematics. There is no such easy specialization  in CSE. 

Some specialisation in CSE are

• Computer Network and Security 
• Mobile and Web computing
• Human computer interaction
• Internet of things 
• Bioinformtics
• Software engineering 
• Artificial Intelligence 
• Mobile and internet computing
• Data science 
• Cloud computing. 

All of the branches have equal value in real world.  As they all are integral part of CSE. 

but the AI(ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE)  is in great demand.  So i would ,on personal opinion , suggest you to take AI as specialisation in CSE.

The difficulty of specialization completely depends upon the applicant's interest. When you study your B.tech course you naturally feel that this particular subject is easy and this one is tough. It varies from person to person. What is easy for you during your B.tech will be the one which would seem easy during M.tech.

I can't tell you that Data Science is easy than Machine Learning only because I feel it's easy. For others Machine Learning may be more interesting and hence more easier.

So, choose your specialization according to your strength and interest. Don't go for that field in which you heard that it is easier.
